This introspective look at the art and beauty of sequencing dives deep into philosophy, vigorous asana, physical and subtle body anatomy, and the somatic patterning we create as those fostering flow.
This training includes:
- History & Philosophy of Mandala in Eastern Art & Religion
- A conversation about the Chakras
- A study into needs of Dynamic and Functional Movement within the body for growth, heat and fulfillment
- Pranayama to serve the flow- Namaskars & Sequence Building
