It is always our goal and intention to provide you with the best and safest experience possible at Limber Tree! Download our free app to register for classes and fill out our liability form!

Client Enrollment Form/Liability Waiver:

Please click the link below to fill out our client enrollment/liability waiver. We do have this form at the studio, but it saves everyone time to fill it out electronically!

90-Minute Pre-registration and Cancellation Policy:

Our instructors' time is valuable!

Please pre-register for classes at least 90 minutes before the class start time. In the event that you want to attend a class less than 90-minutes before the class start time, text us or pre-register anyway, but know that there is risk of class cancellation if less than 3 people are in attendance.

In the event that you are unable to attend a class that you pre-registered for, please inform of us of your cancellation by texting (406) 860-9991 or cancel your reservation through the app/online at least 90 minutes before the beginning of class.

3 Participants Minimum Class Policy:

Option 1:  In the event that a regular scheduled class has only 1 or 2 in attendance, the client(s) can choose to have a 15 minute 1-on-1 or semi-private session at no charge. 

Option 2: The client(s) can choose to upgrade to a full private or semi-private session.  The fee for this session is $25 per person in addition to the amount paid for the group session. 

Option 3: The class can cancelled at no cost to the client(s).

Zero Enrollment Class Cancellation Policy:

If a regularly scheduled class has zero clients pre-registered, an instructor may choose to cancel the class.  Morning classes must have at least 3 participants enrolled prior to 7pm the night before the class to avoid cancellation. Afternoon and evening classes must have at least 3 participants enrolled no later than 1 hour prior to the class start time to avoid class cancellation.  We will call or text you prior to the class start time if we have not met our minimum enrollment numbers. If we do not have your phone number on file, we will send an email.
